  • It’s a toss up between clothes I haven’t worn in years and doing 75 push-ups & 150 squats in 11 minutes! In all seriousness many days I will look at the workout that Catherine has assigned me and think ‘are you frickin kidding me?!’ But then I do it and some parts are harder than otehr but I am able to get it done. That’s pretty awesome.
